Hi, I’m Carly Nutt, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in Oklahoma providing in person & virtual therapy for teens and adults.
I created Planted Counseling with the belief that meaningful change doesn’t happen through pressure or perfection—it happens through steady, supported growth over time.
Many of the people I work with feel like they’ve been holding everything together for a long time. They may be navigating addiction recovery, anxiety, relationship stress, or a deep sense of emotional exhaustion that’s hard to put into words.
Therapy is a space to slow that down.
Not to fix you—but to help you understand what’s been happening beneath the surface and begin building something more stable, intentional, and aligned with the life you want.
For clients who desire it, I also offer faith-based counseling, integrating spiritual beliefs and values into the therapeutic process in a way that feels supportive & respectful.
