Therapy Rooted in Compassion and Lasting Change

A warm, practical approach to help you feel more grounded, understand what’s keeping you stuck, and move toward the life you want.

Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist

A woman with wavy blonde hair, blue eyes, and a bright smile, wearing a black jacket with glittering gold embroidery and a white top.

You don't have to figure it all out alone.

Sometimes, you can look like you have everything together while privately struggling with anxiety, relationship stress, addiction recovery, burnout, or simply feeling stuck.

Therapy provides a space to slow down, understand what's happening beneath the surface, and begin creating a life that feels more stable, intentional, and aligned with who you want to be.

At Planted Counseling, therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based approaches. My goal isn't to fix you, it's to help you better understand yourself, develop practical tools, and create sustainable change.

Behind, white curtains cover a large window, and a white side table with a vase and a small object is on the left. There are two tall, cylindrical lamps or columns on either side of the scene, and a clapperboard is resting on the right armchair.
